One of many I am listing today. This one is made in the good ol USA by Pickard! It has a more "busy" pattern to it. Greens, blues, pinks and yellow with touches of gold! I am going to cheat here and copy and paste what I found out about this set online: Discontinued vintage PICKARD porcelain demitasse teacup / tea cup and saucer set in the NAVARRE pattern. (c. 1983) Excellent condition. This fine bone china cup and saucer set is number 10 in the set of the Danbury Mint's Cups & Saucers of the World's Great Porcelain Houses together. The 1st cup & saucer set was released and shipped out on October 31 , 1983, and the 25th (last) cup and saucer set was released and shipped out on December 31, 1985! The shape of this peerless cup and saucer set was selected specially for this collection and is a classic after-dinner style which dates back to Pickard's earliest china production. The design is a unique adaptation of the romantic "Navarre" pattern. The border on both the teacup and saucer is an interesting study in contrasts and sets off the floral motif with an elegance inherent in all the porcelain produced by Pickard.The inspiration for this design came from the Colonial South, a region of America long famous for its hospitality.
