Books are not my area of expertise, but I'll do my best. Published by Selmar Hess in 1882. Leather cover shows wear as seen in photos. Binding is still intact and solid. Pages shows some yellowing and age spots, but they are in amazing condition for 130+ years. No rips, no tears, no creasing or folding (two corners of next-to-last page have corner folds--that's it), all pages are there (OK, I did not turn all 1184 pages because I do not want to put stress on the book, but they are there.). The cover took the wear; it does not even appear that anyone ever read this book. Free shipping media mail. Only ship to U.S. No returns. Email questions,and I'll answer as best I can.
