For sale are 18 candid pictures of the anti Vietnam War protest in Washington DC at the time of President Nixon's inauguration in 1973. I noted the '72 license plate sticker on the police officer's motorcycle. The photographer is unknown however he/she mounted the photos on thick cardboard stock (9 photos on each of 2 pices of stock). The photos are different sizes. While several of the photos show moderate wear only one has a rip. That p5hotk looking at the Capitol also has a badly creased bottom left corner. Two pictures have stains. Several have creased corners. The visual integrity of all the pictures is intact. Each of the two boards measures approximately 29 1/2" by 21 1/2". The edges + corners of the boards are worn hard, layered, creased and rough overall. This is a unique look at a bygone era. I purchased these at a public sale where there was little ephemera so collectors and dealers had not gathered. Postage will be $14.95. I DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE USA UNLESS BY PRIOR AGREEMENT. Winning bidder to prepay, including shipping, and, if desired, insurance. I accept Paypal.
