This auction is for a BRAND NEW PIKO #62721 Qwik Kit G scale train accessory/scenery - Music Shop. These Piko Quik-Kit's are excellent! The doors, windows and decorations are already installed. All you have to do is join the walls and roof together. With this clever joining system the buildings can easily be put together or taken apart for storage in just 5 minutes!FEATURES: G-Scale (1:22.5); Weather Resistant; Easy to Assemble. Please read the following prior to bidding. 1. The item in this auction is brand new in the manufacturers original packaging. It has never been used in any manner. We are a factory authorized dealer for every item that we sell. 2. We do combine shipping. eBay users may accumulate items for up to ten days without paying for them. You do not have to contact us in order to do this. After 10 days please pay promptly through the eBay Check Out process w total postage will be calculated. If the items you buy qualify for our Five Star Shipping program you must request an invoice prior to paying in order to get the Five Star Shipping cost. 3. We do not hold any items once we receive a payment. Once an item is paid for it is no longer eligible for combined shipping so if you are still bidding on other items DO NOT pay for items individually. Thank you for your understanding. 4. We ship all items from Denton, Texas (just North of Dallas) by UPS or USPS within 2 days of receipt of payment. A street address is required for UPS delivery.
