Pilot Namiki Nippon Art Collection Fountain Pen (M) - Golden Pheasant - 60507. Condition is New. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.The Nippon Art Collection features the Hira Maki-e technique depicting a Golden Pheasant Dragon. The pen has 14K gold medium nib, fills via cartridge/converter, and comes packaged in a velvet-line wooden box. Hira maki-e lacquered pen is designed with sprinkled gold and silver powders. Several additional layers of lacquer are then applied. After the lacquer is hardened, it is then burnished to give shiny black finish.
