PINE RIDGE SIOUX POTTERY PITCHER, OLLIE COTTIER This Pine Ridge Pottery pitcher was made at the the Pine Ridge Indian reservation, located in southwestern South Dakota. It is hand thrown and is 4 3/4" tall and 3 3/4" at widest. It has a nice green with brown accent glaze, and is in good condition, with only problem being the chip tat is shown in the photos. It is marked on the bottom, "Pine Ridge Sioux" and has the signature "O. Cottier", which I believe is the mark of Olive (Ollie) Cottier. It probably dates in the 1930s to 40s, All in all a very nice pitcher and would be a great addition to any pottery collection. If you have any questions or would like more photos please contact me. T is no reserve. I am happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases. Thanks for looking. Jim.
