Sections/chapter names are as follows: (Arkansas and Missouri are both referredto, but intent is deliver good breakdowns of Boone, Baxter and Marion Counties in Arkansas.)* The People * Pioneer Baxter County Families* Customs, Folk-lore, Superstitions, * Pioneer Boone County Families Home Remedies, Entertainment, * Pioneer Marion County Families Recreation * Future Outlook* Schools, Churches, Roads* Community Names, Ozark Humor, Tall Tales, Trite Sayings* Reminiscences, Philosophy, Poetry, Important Events Illustrations are within. CONDITION: Book has a great outside appearance. Internally, I see only 3 flaws/signs of wear, which stand out. 1) On front end page, a previous owner decidedto use a black marker to X out another previous owner's name. The marker showsthrough on the other side of the page also..... Besides this, the page is blank. Thenew owner may want to affix their own nameplate on top of this, both on the frontand back of this page. 2 ) On pages 410 thru 419, t is yellowish/brown
