PIONEER SA-9100 Stereo Integrated Amp Repair/Parts Unit This unit is in excellent physical condition with only a few very small dings on the front panel. Wood cabinet is also in excellent condition with some dings at the back edges on both sides. Interior is also very clean. This was a top of the line integrated amp when it was originally introduced in the 1973. Output is about 65 watts per channel. I got this amp needing some work. I replaced the power transistors on the left channel amplifier board and replaced almost all of the electrolytic capacitors throughout the unit. It worked great for awhile(great sound, very clean), then the left channel went bad again. I tried to diagnose and repair the left channel ampifier board, cannot figure out what's wrong and decided to give up as I'm not an electronics expert. So I'm offering it to someone who knows Pioneer integrated amps far better than I do. Right now it will not come out of protect because the output voltages on the left channel board are all wrong. This board could stand to be replaced because some of the traces are damaged from too much heating with my soldering iron. This unit would make an excellent parts unit if you have a working Pioneer SA series intergrated amp that is in serious need of a cosmetics upgrade. SOLD AS-IS!
