You are bidding for a superb, metal, desktop model of a Piper PA-28 Cherokee 140 in 1/36 scale, finished in Midland air Trainng School colours with registration G-MIDD .This is not your average Philippine wooden model or a plastic kit, but a beautiful and accurate, fully-finished metal model, made in England by PPL Models. Standing on it's own scale landing gear and featuring rubber tyres, transparent windows and interior detail, the model has a wingspan of 10 inches (26cm) and an overall length of 8 inches (20cm). Perfect for the desk or shelf of anyone who flies, owns or loves the Cherokee 140, there is arguably no better model of the type made anywhere in the world.The model comes in it's original, simple white PPL models transportation box and was made in very small quantities but has not been produced for the past couple of years at least, to my knowledge.
