I found this book several years ago in Chicago and am looking to sell it to someone who can appreciate this work of art. This is a very rare, First Edition book by Daniel Barnham, that detail the plan for the City of Chicago. Only 1650 of these books were published and this one is number 745. It is hand written in red. The book is in outstanding shape for being over 100 years old. There is some wear to the hardcover but nothing major. The binding is in great shape and the pages are in outstanding shape. The color illustrations still have the parchment paper covering them inside the book. There are hundreds of color illustration in this book. Here is some additional information on this book.
