This is a Plasticville 1700 Two-story Colonial House Kit. It is complete and in excellent like mint condition, but there is a twist. All the small parts are complete and in the factory sealed cellophane bag, but the green windows don't match the red roof. There's no mention of this combination in Bill Nole's "Classic Guide to Vintage "O" Plasticville" book. So was the mix-up made at the factory or later by a consumer? There is a red chimney cap in addition to the green one in the bag. And there is an intact and complete window glass decal sheet too! The one piece art deco box is in excellent shape, with some internal tape reinforcement. All in all, this Plasticville 1700 Two-story Colonial House Kit would look great in your collection.
