The items shown are the exact items you will receive. (Lot: 228)You are purchasing a Plasticville O/S scale #1908-198 "Split Level Home. " This is the 1959 version.C omplete, original parts in excellent to " excellent" condition . ( Exception : the 2 white plastic curtains for the front bay window are NOT present, however some kits did not come with these plastic curtains. There are, however decal curtains in that front window - see photo #4 for close-up of this inside window.)AND, the box is a nice "excellent" box with very minimal shelf wear.This Plasticville split level home is the grey side with turquoise trim version. The decal curtains are still adhered to their original sheet. Note: some of the plastic windows were installed upside down, but can easily be removed and set properly in place.This is truly a nice collector piece with it's crisp box.All parts are original ! The two lights and two downspouts are present - items often missing with this particular piece.This stately looking 1950's style split level house always makes a great addition to any Plasticville, Lionel, or S gauge layout.I recently purchased a collection of trains and accessories (mostly from the 1950's - 1960's) and this O item was in a box lot with several other O scale items.Please look at ALL of the photos to see the condition and exactly what you are read more
