Plasticville "O" Scale Plasticville Hall Complete with Box. This item has never been glued. The weathervane was broken from spire but the original piece is there and can be glued together. The box is in decent condition for its age. There are a few extra items that I will sell together with the hall. There are two billboards, one with base ( Lipton Soup) and one without base (Solarex Glasses) but does have "sign lights" with it. I also have two "Crossing Gates" and a "Street Light" that if I can recall glows in the dark. There is also a tree but I don't believe it is a plasticville product. I'm not an expert on any of these items so if you need a more specific description contact me prior to bidding. I will not do refunds because it is kind of a pain, not because I'm dishonest. Shipping is based upon where it is being shipped to. I start at a guesstimate and refund any excess to buyer. I charge $2.00 for handling ( packing, tape, box, paper, etc). Thank you for looking.
