I have several of these outhouses all of which are "brown" in color.(Lot: 1123)You are purchasing a Plasticville O-O27 #45983 "Outhouse " lot of 3. Part of the "Hobo Jungle" set. This sale is for 3 - COMPLETE Outhouses ONLY.These outhouses comes assembled - they have been glued.(There is NO BOX.)All 3 outhouses are in " excellent" condition . In fact, they hardly look used. They originally came unassembled, but the previous owner glued them for convenience. It is a very nice glue job I might add.All parts are present and in "excellent" condition!These outhouses always look very striking on the Plasticville layout or collection.These outhouses are original from the 1990's re-release of the hobo shacks, railroad workcar, and outhouse - all of which were part of the "Hobo Jungle" kit.Please, look at all of the photos to determine for yourself their condition.I would proudly display these pieces on my Plasticville O or S scale layout!I continue to purchace vintage Plasticville collections with many items in their original boxes. In addition to boxed items, I have some structures that are not boxed as well as having many small Plasticville accessory items.
