Attention all Plasticville admirers and collectors. Here is something you do not see very often. The Plasticville Railroad Center no. 5608, The original plastic village. This set comes in the original box with the inserts. The corners of the box have been repaired to give it longer life. The box top graphics are quite good. We will list the items that are included with this set and their condition. First lets say that none of the parts have been glued together. 1-The Union Station and the two side loading platforms. The Union Station included in this set is different from the other Plasticville stations. The two side platforms fit next to the big station. Missing here is the front triangular top piece of the front of the Union Station that holds the clock and station name. 2-Switch tower is missing the Plasticville sign on the roof and the smoke stack. 3-Shanty with crossing gate is missing the top to the attached storage bin and chimney. 4-12 railroad signs, crossing gate, 3 autos and 2 buses. Someone has put strips of masking tape on the sides of the buses with the words Plasticville written on the tape. We are going to leave the tape removal up to the new owners.
