Here is a Playmobil Victorian Dollhouse #5300 . It is missing parts but can still be used as a dollhouse or used for spare parts. Individual parts can be found on ebay. I do not have the manual but I was able to put the house together just by looking at pictures from the internet. I see from a couple of my pictures some of the connections loosened when I picked it up to set on the floor. They just snap together. Condition: You will receive everything shown in my photos. Some parts I can tell are missing but there may be other missing parts I am not aware of. Here is what I can see is missing: Railing on top of house, side railing pieces above front door, railing post on terrace, window frame next to front door, roof of dormer window, flower boxes and inserts for most of the windows, corner piece of roof, door jam for doorway on first floor, frame for one of the windows in the attic room, wall paper for attic room (I have it but it is very bent), finials for most of dormer windows, curtain rod and curtains for one window in room leading out onto terrace, doorhandle on door in that same room, 4 of the 5 white valances in attic room and the black grill in the foundation on the terrace side of the house.
