This is a plush (stuffed) MC Puppy Paws from Disney. This dog is about 14 inches tall. This stuffed animal is based on the character from the "Santa Paws" movie. MC i s solid white. He is wearing a red and white striped collar with something small hanging from it. I have not seen the movie so I do not know what the item hanging from the collar is. There is a round patch sewn onto his left rear hip that says, "Exclusive. Authentic. Original. Disney Store". T he tush tags say, "The Disney Store", "MC Puppy Paws" and "Made in China". I have read that this exclusive dog is hard to find. MC is in really nice condition. The tush tags are still attached and have the only damage that I can see. Someone has written "Santa Paws" in black ink on the front of the first tag. Other than that the tags show only minor wear. This would be a nice piece to start or add to your collection.
