Old Pocket Knife Cow Bone Japanese Jigging Jack Vintage Antique LIGHT TRAPPER...Measures 4" closed. Imported by Atlas (Atlas Cutlery Co, Bradford PA according to GOINS' ENCYCLOPEDIA), from Japan, c1961-1965. This is a somewhat "primitive" looking knife made with steel bolsters, liners, elevated/oval shield, rough cut brass pins on the handsome jigged bone hafts. Just one tight pin crack at center pin. The carbon steel blades have some modest tarnish, lightly sharpened (sharp), 1/2 stops, snaps, no wiggles when open. Don't miss this very cool knife. Should also be a reliable iusing knife.
