POLA LGB G Scale, "Hotel, Canyon City Model # 924 Building made of plastic Minor repairs needed Made in Germany Measure 17' x 13" x 13" Western themed hotel Doors and windows can be opened. Weatherproof This is part of a large donation of Scale G train building that weredonated to our Non Profit Thrift Shop. Look for Well Fargo also listed this week. This model was completed at some time and since then the glue has dried out and some of the pieces need to be fastened together again. As far as I can tell, there does not appear to be any pieces missing. This is being sold “As Is”. If you like to putter with this kind of project, you can have a very nice LGB Hotel. We combine shipping whenever possible. Our items sold on E-bay are all donated and used unless we state otherwise. We only ship to USA and Canada. Please do not ask us to make exceptions. The handling fee is used to cover domestic insurance only. If there needs to be a refund due to an incorrect estimate of the final selling price, you will receive that. There are no other handling fees as all of our packing materials are donated to us. The walk way in front of this building goes with the Wells Fargo Building. I have removed it from this auction and placed it in the Well Fargo building auction w hich is also running this week. My apology for the error.
