Hand Made In Poland, Unikat " No. 1625" Two Handle Teapot by M. Starzyk This auction is for one TEA POT , measures 7 inches wide and 11-1/4 inches from the tip of the spout to the outside of the handle by 7" inches tall, including the ball on the lid. The lid has a notch on it that helps keep it in place while pouring, and a finger loop handle in front to balance the weight. The premiere pottery from Poland, Unikat is hand-painted and signed by the artist. The Artist on this Piece is Maria Starzyk . Collectors prize this stoneware for its quality craftsmanship, while everyday users love it for being safe to use in oven, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher. The beauty of Unikat is the user’s ability to buy pieces in any number of patterns and still ensure overall color coordination. This Teapot is New (never been used) and was purchased at an estate auction of a dealer of Hand Made Poland Pottery .
