This original Political Cartoon Drawing by Editorial Cartoonist Bob Sullivan, Worcester Telegram, is showing President Jimmy Carter and Cuban President Fidel Castro in Cuba in the1970's. With Cuba becoming more unsettled, Carter directed his attention to promoting the Human Rights issue in the Caribbean. You can see more cartoons of Bob Sullivan in the book "Best Editorial Cartoons Of The Year" in the years 1974, 1978 and 1979. This sketch is in good to excellent condition. It is done in pen and ink on posterboard and then submitted to the editor before being published in the paper.
