Patches of iridescence compliment the mass of large rhombohedral crystals. Bismuth is one of the most fascinating metals with a number of unique properties. It is the most diamagnetic of all metals, it is one of the few substances that expands upon cooling (about 3%), and is pinkish in color, just to name a few.
