This trivet is in Excellent condition. It is expandable and in 3 parts. T are 4 delicate feet to balance the weight. The expansion mechanism works great, no hesitation or tightening. It's like it was never used. T are just a few very minor scratches on the top surface but no dings, pits or dents. This trivet measures 8.5 x 11 closed; 8.5 x 13 open. This item came from a wonderful home. I will be selling other sterling and holloware items from the same estate this week so please peruse my other auctions!
