cute general store, sign on front says moggin falls general store sticker on bottom says dept 56, lights up, light included, this was found in mothers things looks to be in good condition although t was a pipe, think maybe stove pipe on one side that has been broken off, not sure if it has been broken or cut, it is about 1/4" above roof so maybe it is supposed to be like that, don't know for sure, but does not take away the looks of this store, a nice addition to your christmas villages/decor, it is about 7" long and about 6" wide, typical country store with chairs on porch and memorbelia around, although insurance is optional i highly recommend it for this item, browse through my store and find BARGAINS GALOURE, check back often as will be listing holiday items weekly, many of which will be free shipping, i will offer combined shipping for multiple auctions won, i will also be offering free shipping on 20.00 or more purchase, this is for USA only, international shipping will be calculated, Sign up for my email newsletters by adding my eBay Store to your Favorites, HAPPY HOLIDAYS
