Portrait Husband Wife Ambrotype Antique 19thC Victorian Dickensian Photograph This is an attractive Victorian ambrotype photograph. It is a portrait of a husband and wife. It is has been nicely hand painted and embelished with tiny specks of gold to the buttons and jewellery. It measures 13.5cm by 10.5cm in the wooden frame. The ambrotype is in good condition with no scratches or breakages, although there are a few areas of wear. It is housed in a traditional frame and then inset into a piece of wood - all of which is in fair condition but with some small rubs. Whilst I feel I hav e set a fair price for this piece based on its quality and condition, I am more than open to reasonable offers as I would love for it to find a nice new home.
