Original post-WWII Era Chinese Leather Holster for the Mauser 1896 Broomhandle Pistol - Excellent Condition Up for Auction is an Original post-WWII Chinese Leather Holster for the Mauser 1896 Broomhandle Pistol. I can not find any markings on the holster. The holster is in Excellent Condition. The leather is soft and supple. The holster flap and ammunition flaps have snap fastener. The general dimensions of the holster are 9 1/2" long x 4 1/2" wide. This is a Rare Holster. They were surplus military aid given the the NVA by the Communist Chinese.
