This is the 1986 VOICE FOR CHILDREN POSTER published by Stabur Graphics. It measures 19 inches x 25 inches. The same publishing house also produced the "Cartoonists Constitution" poster, which was the second and last poster wih collaborating cartoonist charity focus, and that piece was a fundraising effort on behalf of the American Cartoonists Museum. I believe this piece to be the crowning achievement in comic book collaborative art and I guarantee you will feel the same. The effort to design and manufacture these posters was major and it was the brain child of Phil Lerner, a Swampscoot, MA fund raising guru and Paul Burke of Stabur Publishing and it was a fund raising effort for the Child's Welfare League of America. T was some 10 million of licensing fees waived by the Comic Book Syndicates and Cartoon Production Studios as well as all art work of the Cartoonist artists was donated at no charge.
