PRAIRIE WINGS - Pen and Camera Flight Studies With Explanatory Sketches by Richard E. Bishop published in 1946 by Ducks Unlimited. This is the classic flight study of waterfowl with images captured by Richard Queeny at Wingmead Farms between Stuttgart and Clarendon, Arkansas. The images were sketched by the famous wildlife artist, Richard Bishop. This rare 1946 copy is in very good condition with no inscriptions. Cover and binding is tight with slight yellowing to pages due to age. Book measures 12 1/4 by 9 1/2 inches with 256 pages and a gold embossed duck on the cover. No dust jacket.
