This is a fantastic vintage NFL toy from 50+ years ago. Molded rubber helmet has slight wear. I have seen newer versions of this doll without the NFL logo on the helmet. Rubber football has 3 tiny slices that look factory-made but I don't know why they would be there other than maybe they were needed for air exchange during the molding process? There is also a small amount of wear at one tip of the football. And there is old pirce tag residue on the helmet. On the back of the helmet at the neck "1961 Roko" is stamped into the rubber in very fine print. The fabric portion of the doll is very clean and free of rips. There are a couple small areas where there is a slight amount of separation of the seams but I only saw this because I was searching every inch of the doll. And on the outside of the right wrist there is a small amount of fraying where the sewn rubber hand under the shirt sleeve pokes out and caused fraying over the last 52 years. Overall, a rare NFL collectable from a by-gone era.
