is a SIGNED, Original 21 Precious Moments figurine ! The production mark is "no mark" -- Signed by Sam Butcher , (original artist / creator) Piece was signed in 1989, but production was pre-1981 ("no mark") This is a rare piece in great condition. I am not an expert in grading these pieces, but it seems to be in perfect condition. It has been stored either in the box or in a display cabinet away from sunlight. Original box included. (top of box also signed by Mr. Butcher) Hang tag also included, although tag is scratched. Your figurine will be expertly packaged and mailed promptly, U.S. Priority Mail. Questions? Please ask.
