We attempt to accurately describe each item, and any flaws, but due to limited time, we are not able to write a 500 word essay on each one. Please ask questions BEFORE you bid. Please be sure the shipping terms are acceptable BEFORE you bid. We sell used items, and as such, they will be USED, so expect some wear. They are not coming from a box at the store. We do NOT issue refunds simply because we list the item as is and allow you, the buyer, to decide if you want it in AUCTION at the price specified. If the item is damaged in transit to you it is beyond our control. We wrap and package VERY carefully. We have been in business for almost 25 years and know that no matter what we do, a very small percentage of items will be damaged. We also know from experience that if a damaged item is taken to the post office they will ALWAYS blame the shipping and packing and never blame the handling!!! It is up to you, as the buyer to decide if you wish to have it shipped to you uninsured. All of our items that are insured are insured through and the Fireman's Fund, NOT the USPS. In the event of breakage of an insured item we require proof of damage to proceed with a claim, which we have to process through our account. Please be sure and note that Insurance covers the cost of the item, and not the shipping. You may bid with confidence with us. Prior to eBay deciding to change the feedback system, we maintained a 99.6% feedback rating and often higher, over the past 7 years we have been in business on eBay. Shipping : Items are normally shipped within 7 to 10 days of payment clearing, most of the time much sooner. Please advise us if you are purchasing a gift or need faster shipping. We will do all we can to help. We ship via USPS and all insured items are insured with . ALL claims for insured damage must be processed by us through our account. Proof of damage must be provided upon request, and the damaged item must be retained. Insurance is for the purchase price of the item NOT including the shipping price. We charge a $2 shipping and handling fee, which is included in your invoice and calculated shipping cost. We are MORE than happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases. Sadly, shipping rates continue to increase. Priority Mail is calculated to the next pound, so if the item is 1 pound and 1 oz, we MUST charge for 2 pounds. This is not our choice but is the rate supplied to us by the USPS. We urge you to check shipping rates prior to bidding. If you don't agree with them, please don't bid. We would rather lose the sale than engage in arguments. We request that you make payment or advise us of your intent to do so within 10 days of auction end. We do file non-paying bidder alerts.
