You are bidding on a Presonus Firebox Firewire Audio Interface. This itemwas used for approximately nine months in my non-smoking studio, andtaken out less than six times to DJ gigs. I really liked this unit, as it was incredibly portable, and practically fit in the palm of my hand. When pairing this with my Vestax VCI-100, [see other auctions if interested in a complete mobile DJ Setup!] I was able to bring all the DJ gear I needed to play a gig in a small laptop bag. Super fast setup and [even better] ultra quick tear down helped me get in and out of gigs in less than 10 minutes setup time. It was so nice to be set up and torn down so quick to keep my valuable equipment safe and sound at the gig!I am selling this item only because I recently was able to get my turntables fixed. I will be upgrading my mixer to an Ecler Nuo 4 and eventually investing in Traktor Scratch Pro. This interface is actually made more for audio producers, as it has Microphone and Guitar inputs on the front of the unit. The reasons I purchased this units were as follows:1. Portability2. Firewire3. Very powerful headphone output.I never really used this item to its full potential. Presonus is well known for excellent audio quality. The Firewire connection on this unit works like a dream and is SO fast. Now is your chance to use this item to its full potential! I am starting the bidding at $1 on this auction, probably because I am totally INSANE! Haha, no I just need to sell it quickly to upgrade my dj mixer. :)This Firewire Interface is in excellent shape. I had it for a very short time and never had any problems with the functionality of this item. All knobs, inputs and outputs, work great! T are only some small cosmetic scratches on the top and bottom of the unit. They are very difficult to see in any of the pictures though. All packaging, manual, power supply & firewire cable that came with the unit are intact and packed in the box like the day I unpacked it.
