HOUSE CLEARANCE . . . PRESSED GLASS CLARET JUG/DECANTER WITH SILVER PLATED TOP & HANDLE The faceted glass is in excellent condition . . no chips or cracks. The silver plated mount has a raised fleur-de-lys or leaf pattern around the neck and on the lid. There is a corresponding design under the pouring spout and similar detail on the handle The finial on the lid has no detail. Inside the hinged lid is stamped "Italy" It measures approx. 30 cms tall X 12 cms diameter at its widest point and weighs 1.4 Kg. This comes from the estate of a deceased relative and is tarnished from being in storage. The proceeds from the sale of this item are going, in their entirety, to a charitable health facility under construction in Africa. If you'd like information about the project, please contact me.
