From a smoke & pet free home! I have listed this as used, but I don't think it's ever been used. It has been tested and heats up quickly! PRESTO HOT TOPPER AUTOMATIC ELECTRIC MELTER/DISPENSER Comes complete with instruction manual and 3 tips and a paper of helpful hints. The brush tip is great for corn on the cob...it does have some crinkles in the brush where some bristles got closed in the lid, but it's nothing that will stop it from working properly...
