Vintage brooch/pin with black rhinestones on a top layer that overlaps a lower level of petals featuring clear rhinestones. 2 of the smallest size black rhinestones are missing, but I had never noticed because of the camouflaging black japanned metal setting. Otherwise, in great shape.Fair amount of shine. Looks like a piece of mourning jewelry, but this piece is most likely from 40s-50s. Could serve that purpose, though. Or maybe it meets Goth/Grunge needs for the younger crowd. 2 1/2". I am a recently retired middle school art teacher seeking to thin my eclectic collection of vintage/antique costume jewelry in an effort to supplement my meager state retirement.
