It is a NEW Permanent Bound Book made by Leather Etc. It has 160 pages acid free neutral pH paper, White Paper, 80 lbs. (105 gram), Pencil Loop and Elastic Closure Strap. I have painted it Heritage Brick and stenciled in Antique White letters CHRISTMAS MEMORIES, FRIENDS, FAMILY TRADITIONS on the front cover with Holly leaves in each corner. I have aged it with my special aging technique for that nice old primitive look. I have sealed it with a clear coat for protection.
