This auction is for the Cat and Tree Doll only. The barn wood you see in the photo is part of a little chair that I use to display my primitives. It IS NOT included in any of my auctions. This little doll will be mailed in a bubble envelope so save on shipping costs! Welcome to my attic. Here's something really sweet to add to your Winter, Christmas, or Kitty Cat collection! Kitty and Tree are made from painted-washed muslin that got a good grunging! Lots of aging, baking, sanding, and cinnamon! The cat has a pinch stitched nose and mouth. His eyes are old buttons and his whiskers are stiffened jute. The little tree is sewn to the cat and is decorated with rusty star wire. Kitty’s long flat tail can be bent to your liking. A length of thin jute is tied around Kitty’s neck with two rusty bells and an aged hang tag that say “winter thyme” on one side and “MERRY” on the other. I added a thread loop on his back if you would like to hang him. Kitty is 9” tall and about 6” wide across the widest part. He can stand on his own with the help of the little stem tree trunk. He’s just a little guy but so very cute for the Christmas and Winter Season! I used a Chestnut Junction pattern to create this cutie. I know you’ll love him as much as I do!
