JAMES'S PALACE, LONDON, S.W.1. ~*~ These are 30 of the 39 WW2 official journals which were produced by The Prisoners of War Department of The Red Cross and St John War Organisation. They were published monthly and sent to those registered with the Prisoners of War Dept as next of kin. These journals date from Issue 1 May 1942 (Vol 1 No 1) which has a cover message from Elizabeth R to the final issue dated July 1945 (Vol 4 No 39) now that the journal was no longer needed. In all there are 30 copies here for sale.
