READ MY FEEDBACK! read what the people who bought my models say about them! --- IF YOUR NOT THRILLED, I WANT TO BUY IT BACK! ----I am selling some of my models from over 30 plus nonstop years of building and collecting model cars. here is my 1/8 monogram 65 chevy corvette i built last year, make sure to press "enlarge" when looking at the pics. i wet-sanded and polished the metal-flake blue plastic body to a smooth, mirror-like shine. i mounted the racing slicks from the "big t" on the back by modifying the rear inner fenders. inside, the door panels were missing many details, so i created the chrome strips on the door panels to match my reference photos. the headlights revolve, the front wheels steer and the hood hinges. the model currently has its engine not installed in case you want to detail it. i am happy to install the engine for you at no extra charge. all inside and outside details have been painted and foiled in chrome. if you like what you see in the photos, then you are gonna love this huge, elegant model corvette! like all my models, this was not built to sell, it was built to the way i wanted it to look, the inspiration of this model comes from old photos of my fathers car in the early seventies.
