Progear no Arashi" PCB set. This is a Phoenix Edition all-eprom conversion so you won't have to worry about changing the suicide battery. The region is Japan. Comes with both the A and B boards. The boards and cases are shopped out to the gills, there isn't a single piece of dust or residue on them. The boards basically look brand new. The top part of the case has been customized with sand buffing and new stickers. Comes with a copy of the manual in Japanese and English. You can compare the service settings in the English manual to figure out what you are doing.Tested working in my test rig. Sold as-is as shown with no returns. The pics shown are from my test rig running Jamma to RGB board to S-Video to video capture card. No harness, power supply, or anything not shown in the picture is included in the auction. All of my boards are stored and shipped covered in anti-static material. To Canada shipping will be $40 (wait for an invoice). To everywhere else, international shipping will be $54.
