If t is no year, the card is postally unused. ||||| All the postcards we are offering at this time have never been bought, sold or exchanged before now. They have come directly from one of several postcard albums once owned by a young woman from a successful family who lived in Shelby, OH Ohio, Richland County, in the early 1900s. Her albums had pages with die-cut slits to hold the cards. NO GLUE was used. ||||| Many of her cards were never used, but just placed in her postcard album. The cards that were used were addressed to her and posted by traveling friends and family members1906-1913 from a wide variety of locations in Ohio, Michigan, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Washington, D.C., Illinois, Missouri, Iowa, Colorado, Oklahoma, California, and more. ||||| Her postcard albums were stored in a family trunk for at least 70 years, so nearly all of these cards are in unusually nice and very often nearly-new condition.
