Pyrex Blue Chip Week 1 Qt Casserole Dish Charleroi April 1963 Family Day w/ Lid.This dish was a Corning employee promotional item. 1 quart size numbered 473 on bottom.Overall a very beautiful dish. There is a very shallow chip underneath one of the handles, please see close up pic.No other chips or cracks. Lid is in great condition with no chips. Dish is shiny & clean, no fading or dishwasher damage.
