This is the creamer in the Blue Garland Snowflake pattern made by Corning in the 1960's and 1970's. It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs and the paint is good. There is a very small spot of blue paint on the upper rim. It is marked on the bottom (see photos) and is 2 3/4" high, 3" in diameter at the top and 4 5/16" across from spout tip to handle end.
