Printed in the USA. 362 clean pages, with wonderful photographs. Book measures 9 1/4" x 6 1/4". There is an inscription above the author's signature. The book itself is in very good condition, pages and spine intact. The dust cover has tears to the top and bottom. See Photos. Admiral Richard E.
