Qataban and Sheba by Wendell Homes. Exploring the Ancient Kingdoms on the Biblical Spice Routes of Arabia. Signed by the Author. A 1955, 1st Edition. Printed in the USA. 362 clean pages, with wonderful photographs. Book measures 9 1/4" x 6 1/4". There is an inscription above the author's signature. The book itself is in very good condition, pages and spine intact. The dust cover has tears to the top and bottom. See Photos. Admiral Richard E. Byrd wrote this about the book: "The most interesting book I Have read in years".
