This is a "Physicians Portable Faradic Battery No. 1" made by Electro Medical Co. Chicago.Its 8 1/2" X 7" X 6" in size.The paper directions label is on the inside of a metal plate inside the lid that covers a compartment to store the 2 metal cylinders and 2 wires that come with the battery.You can close and latch this metal cover and it has a nice design on it when closed as seen in the pictures.The wood case is decorated with for fancy metal lower corner desighs and metal flower designs above and below the lockable latch.T is no key so someone removed the screw from the top of the latch to open it.The finish has water stain blotches on it,its missing part of the lower flower design by the lock and the wood bottom plate is missing,also no key.This is one of the fancier cased medical devices I've come across.Money order or paypal,check the shipping calculator.
