We've pretty much dumped the poppet-style valves. Even with the best materials, the basic design was fraught with trouble. We're done playing with them. We include a genuine G4 valve which, if need be, can be serviced without disconnecting the air lines. It's a professional grade valve. 95% of the calls we've ever had on this valve have been either a weak/bad ground (fix it...hint, hint) or people running skinny wires to the valve (hint, hint). Use the nice fat red wire in the (included) install kit and ground it properly, ok? A real air system - This system will not melt or fail if you go crazy on the horns for more than 5 minutes. Or if you air up your tires. 5-10+ seconds of continuous air horn blast - Much more blast time than you'll ever need in the real world. (That is unless you really enjoy saying "Hello officer..."
