QUALITY ANTIQUE ENGLISH 9 CARAT GOLD PHOTO LOCKET PENDANT CHARM c1890 N/R A terrific antique English, solid and heavy 9 carat gold locket pendant / charm; beautifully engraved throughout, with a vacant shield-shaped cartouche to one side and hinging open to reveal two currently empty locket compartments, for photos or other slim mementos. Beautiful - high quality & perfect for any chain, bracelet or collection! CONDITION : All original and very, very good. Slight signs of wear commensurate with age and use. Hinge & closure perfect. Will clean up beautifully. DEFECTS : None. DATE/MARKS : Around 1890/1900. Bail stamped '9ct'. Maker's marks WGM. DIMENSIONS : 20 mm diameter excl. fittings (1 inch = 25.4 mm).
