This 24 inch folding Rule oozes quality. It was manufactured by Halden & Co. and is stamped as such. It can be used for many different types of measurement, in fact there isn't any part of the rule that is blank. It is in nice original condition, folds perfectly flat and is iready for use or display. One side of the rule has been exposed to more sunlight than the other and over the years, has faded as shown in the photos. There is also a tiny chip near to the 1, which I have tried to show and a couple of small areas of scratching as well. Please rest assured though, that these blemishes are really not easily noticeable, form part of the history of the Rule and as such in my opinion, do not detract from it in any way.
