This is a wonderful example of RACHEL SAHMIE's incredibly beautiful hand-made Native American Hopi pottery. The pot is all handmade, built using the coil method, stone polished, hand-painted, and fired outdoors in an open fire. The shape is elegant, graceful and perfectly formed by hand. It is a large pot measuring 10.25 inches in diameter and approximately 4 inches tall. It is an older piece; but in pristine condition; with only a few slight signs of wear on the bottom (nothing serious). It is a beautiful piece. Hand signed by Rachel; "R.SAHMIE NAMPEYO".
