One of the stories in this magazine is Khaki on the Rails - How Our Boys in Army Uniform Are Playing the War Game - T is also a Notice to the Reader on the right-hand side of the cover that reads: NOTICE TO READER: When you finish reading this magazine, place a one cent stamp on this notice, hand the magazine to any postal employee, and it will be placed in the hands of our soldiers or sailors at the front. No wrapping, no address. A.S. Burleson, Postmaster-General. I have several of these magazines and they have been stored in an attic for many years tfore, they are tattered and yellowed but still a neat piece of history for the railroad collector.
